Business Vision was asked to develop and improve Tier1CRM Salesforce.com Phone Line Usages customization; a client specific requirement to handle the phone lines usages in salesforce.com.

Tier1CRM needed to develop and improve their salesforce.com Phone Line Usages customization, a client specific requirement to handle the phone lines usages in Salesforce.com. This customization would allow users to perform several queries, reports, data manipulation, and exporting.

Using an Agile methodology Business Vision team developed Tier1CRM salesforce.com customization in one month time. The team was composed by one Project Manager, two Java/Apex developers and one QA tester.

Tier1CRM requirement was implemented in a brand new user interface built with VisualForce and other technologies:

  • Full-ajax support
  • Pages with high grade of dynamism and data loading, using links and request parameters
  • Custom and extended controllers to handle business specific requirements
